Of the many studios and workout classes I have reviewed so far, some are better than others for sculpting your abs. Since it is starting to get warm and we may have to show ourselves in bikinis soon, we want to make sure our belly is lookin’ hawt!
The stomach area can be a bit tricky. If you have some chub and simply start doing abs focused workouts… you will just get bigger L You basically just add muscle under your fat… and then you just get bigger. You need to shed the fat while adding the muscle simultaneously.
Diet + Cardio + Vigorous Abs Workouts = Beautiful Abs 🙂
Because the need to shed fat via cardio, full body HIT workouts are great with abs as a goal.
