After trying kickboxing for the first time at I Love Kickboxing Chelsea, I gave the kickboxing class at Title Boxing Club a try and loved it! The warm ups are killer – not as intense as at I Love Kickboxing. The drills are even more fun. There is less attention on you (the way the bags are set up), so you can really go all out without anyone watching or judging you. Lots of squats, jumping jacks, push ups, burpees, sit ups, crunches, etc to really get that whole body work out. Great combos to improve your kickboxing skills too. One downside I noticed is that the bags are really hard. I have come home with countless bruises and scabs. These mostly happen because I am doing something incorrectly, but I am learning. It’s bound to happen in the process. Also, the intstructors and employees are really friendly and helpful. I would definitely give this place a try. Also, they are on ClassPass! The next day burn? Depending on your fitness level, there is definitely full body soreness the next day 🙂
There is just something about kicking the shit out of a punching bag every once in a while… 😉

Bring: Water, regular workout clothes (not too baggy) plus sneakers, towel, hand wraps & gloves if you have. Bring a lock for lockers. You can buy hand wraps for about $15 and you can borrow gloves. Clean showers and locker room with minimal amenities available.
Benefits: A great combination of strength and cardio. Great core, leg, and arm workout. You will shed pounds and gain muscle coming here regularly. Guaranteed with any good kickboxing place.
